💬 “Do I need to pay anything upfront?”

Nope! There are no setup fees. We start building, and your first payment only kicks in at the end of the first month.

💬 “Is there a contract?”

No long-term contracts here. All our packages are month-to-month. Just give us 30 days’ notice if you want to cancel. Easy come, easy go.

💬 “Can I upgrade or downgrade my package later?”

100%! Start with Basic, and if your business grows, we’ll grow with you. You can upgrade to Standard or Pro at any time (and yes, you can downgrade too).

💬 “Do I own the website?”

Not with the monthly packages—ownership stays with us. But if you’d like full rights to your site, we can quote you a one-time buyout fee based on the size of your site and how long you’ve been with us.

💬 “What do you need from me to get started?”

Your business info
The content for each page (text, images, etc.)
Any inspiration or example websites you like

💬 “What happens if I don’t use my monthly maintenance time?”

In Standard and Pro, unused time doesn’t carry over, but we’ll remind you to use it so it doesn’t go to waste. Need more time? We offer additional support at R500/hour.

💬 “Can I add more than 5 or 10 pages?”

Absolutely. The page limits in each package are just the starting point. If you need more, we’ll quote you based on what you want added.

💬 “Do you include SEO?”

Basic package = No SEO (but the site is SEO-friendly).
Standard = Basic SEO setup.
Pro = Full basic SEO setup plus Google Analytics integration so you can track visitors and traffic.

💬“What do I need to get started?”

“Download our free 5-Step Website Prep Checklist, it’ll guide you through exactly what to send us.”

💬 “Can I use my own domain?”

Yes. If you already have a domain, we’ll help transfer or connect it. If not, we’ll register a .co.za domain for you, free of charge.

💬 “What kind of support do I get?”

Basic: No ongoing updates (but you can request paid updates).
Standard: 30 minutes/month of maintenance included.
Pro: 1 hour/month of maintenance + priority response.

💬 “Can I add extra features like booking forms, payment buttons, etc.?”

Yes—especially with the Pro Package, which has the flexibility for more advanced features. Some may require an extra fee, but we’ll always chat with you first before adding costs.
