Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase—provided that:

· • No significant work has begun on your website project

• The site has not been made live or published

Once your website is live and published, no refunds will be issued. Partial refunds may be considered only if the request is made before the publishing stage, based on project progress.

Non-Refundable Services

We are unable to issue refunds for the following:

· • Live or published websites

· • Custom design work or content setup already delivered

· • Domain name registrations or third-party service costs (if already purchased)

· • Delays caused by the client (e.g., missing content or unresponsiveness)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email ryandebeer1979@gmail.com with your order details and reason for cancellation. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days to discuss the next steps.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 days via the original payment method. You will not incur any processing fees.
